We usually ship merchandise the same day or the next business day of your order .
US ORDERS
SHIPPING - Orders are shipped by UPS and USPS Parcel Post.
We can also ship: Express Mail (over night), Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days). Additional shipping charges will apply. Please let us know via email, phone or on our order form "Your notice to us" if you need faster service. Most US orders will arrive within 1 - 9 business days. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re-ship an item because of an address error. Shipping & Handling service does not include insurance coverage. If you need shipping insurance please contact us and we will more than happy to help you. If your package is not insured Premium Outlet is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped by United States Post Service (USPS). Please let us know via email, phone or on our order form "Your notice to us" if you need faster service. In order to provide safe and secure service we need to ask our international customers to E-mail us with a photocopy (front and back) of the credit card and banks phone number. Without this information we won't be able to process your order. On your request, we will be glad to assist you in determining the best method of shipping you prefer. An additional 3 to 10 days may be needed for delivery of foreign orders. Customer is responsible for any foreign duties. Shipping & Handling service does not include insurance coverage. SHORTAGES & BACKORDERS
All items in our catalog are stocked in depth, but sometimes shortages do occur. You will not be charged for a backorder item until it is ready to ship. Your will be informed which products, if any, are on backorder usually within 1 day of order placement.
EXCHANGE Policy:
Exchange will only be accepted within the first 30 days of the receipt of merchandise. Customer will be charged for re-shipping or exchange $7.50 and UP (based on address location) for one pair plus $1.50 more for each additional pair. Sorry no returns accepted - exchange only.

SALES TAX
Only Illinois customers are responsible to pay Sales Tax 10.25%. All Non-Illinois and International customers (Rest of the World) are Free of Sales Tax.
